I have been a new CD-i owner since December 2024. As a kid in the 90s, I was always fascinated by the CD-i. I saw TV commercials with ingame footage of Chaos Control and heard of all the cool features the CD-i had.

But back then, it was way too expansive for me. So last month I thought, You always wanted to see the CD-i live in action, so why not get one.

So now I am the owner of a 470/20 and a 210/60. Both are work in progress at the time I am writing here.

Already gave the 470 new caps and a new optical pickup and made my first successful timekeeper hack.

The CD-i 210 had a broken power supply, and I managed to fix it with the Power supply of a 220/60 I found on eBay.
I just swapped the connectors (1001) from the Power supplies because, you probably all know, they are basically identical.

Also, I managed to build my first SNES2CDI Adapter.
I have some questions regarding input devices and will ask you guys for help in the coming days.

So, I say hello to the World of CD-i Community.
