USB2CDI or PSX2CDI tutorials for dummies?

Hi,

Can somebody provide me with some easy to understand tutorials for building a PSX2CDI or USB2CDI adapter? I am not very familiar with Arduino's, and to be honest, I have some trouble understanding everything just from the GitHub pages.

The SNES2CDI adapter has some easy to understand schematics that even a monkey like me can understand, but the USB2CDI adapter seems to be a very different story (at least for me).

Some pictures of already working adapters would also be very helpful to me.
